Would you like to work on a music video shoot? Here is your chance. Whether you’re an aspiring filmmaker, a musician, a visual artist or a multi-disciplinary creative, we’d like you to be part of the production crew on this music video shoot.

Are you an aspiring director? We would like you to submit your pitch for a shot at being selected to direct the video this innovative workshop.

Two creative disciplines will come together in this workshop where Music and Film are truly in Motion. Over the course of the day, participants will delve into the exciting process of collaboration with NOMFA nominated musician Rose-Erin Stokes for her new song, "Not Alone." Rose-Erin Stokes' music is raw, honest and tells stories of love lost and silver linings. - (Bandcamp)

Along with the selected director, all participants will get hands-on learning and coaching as crew members. Your mentor directors for the day will be the dynamic film duo, Jason and Brett Butler, two of the strongest voices in indie film (The Film Chair). The Butler Brothers have enjoyed global success from Australia to the UK with many stops in between.

Cinematography is a key element to a beautiful video and participants will be in good hands when it comes to lighting and camera. You will be learning from three Northern Ontario talents: Piotr Skowronski of Thunder Bay’s Imaginarium Studio; Mathieu Seguin of Motion Arc Studios in Sudbury; and Dave Clement, Professor of Digital Cinematography at Canadore College, North Bay.

Editing will be complete in time for a Saturday sneak peek screening and the video will be shared via social media after that time. This is a great opportunity to listen and learn. All skill levels are welcome. Don’t be shy. You will be in good hands!
